HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, a confirmation email that includes your tracking number is sent so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
CUSTOM FEES? International Shipping
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the discretion of custom agents to release your package.
We do not have any control over customs charges, or know what the charges will be, if any. If your package is being held by customs, you may need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
All return request must be submitted through our Return Portal
Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Ninth and Maple
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We inspect all items diligently before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN: Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
Be sure to include your Packing Slip with your return. If you can't find the Packing Slip, include your order number, billing name & addresson a piece of paper with your return.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
