7 Days Easy Free Returns

Return Policy Details:

  • Return Period: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Return period is extended to 14 days during the holiday period (Month of December ONLY)

How to Return an Item:

  1. You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request here


  2. Receive Return Instructions: After your return is submitted you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for return. 

  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

  4. Send the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point as specified in the return instructions.

Refund Process:

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.

  • Refund: After approval, we will process your Store Credit.

Non-Returnable Items:
